Omoyele's header earns point for Osun United

Tosin Omoyele gave Osun United Football Club a share of the points against My People Football Club on Wednesday evening in a rescheduled Week 11 contest of the Bet9ja Nigeria National League.

The former COD United gifted goal poacher, provided evidence of just what he can do with the right delivery into the box as he powered home a superb 76th minute equaliser off an assist from Obasi Chigozie, for the Omoluabi Giants to earn their second points away from home.

Omoyele has increased his season tally to eight (8) from sixteen (16) matches.
Shodipo Damilare, gave the home side the lead after capitalizing on a defensive blunder in the 47th minute to calmly scored the opening goal at the Soccer Temple, Agege, Lagos.
Osun United were well worth their point and coach Duke Udi, may feel slightly aggrieved over a couple of key chances wasted in front of goal by his charges.

The Omoluabi Giants threatened sporadically after conceding two minutes into the second half as My goalkeeper Vincent Adejoh, was forced to make fine saves.
Osun United goalkeeper, Ayo Ojo, pulled big saves to deny Okechukwu Gabriel, Chukwuma Chidozie, and Ekwem Princewill, efforts at goal.
Adeyemi Adeyeye blast away glorious chances to seal win for Osun United as he was shy in front of goal.

Ojo parried to corner a stunning strike from Shodipo at the tale end of the encounter, as neither side were able to find a winner.
Osun United have garnered twenty-four (24) points from possible fourty-four (44) points and will be up against Unicem Rovers Football Club at the weekend in Calabar in one of the rescheduled Week 14 contest.
